Brokerages, MGAs and carriers
Retrain producers the week a wording changes.
Upload your policy wordings and endorsements and appetite and underwriting guides. Human Premium drafts a course that quotes them line by line, your compliance lead signs it, and you can show who learned which version.
What you upload

- Appetite and underwriting guides
- Claims procedures
- E&O and conduct guidelines
Who signs
compliance lead
Nothing reaches your team until they sign. An edit lapses that lesson’s sign-off.

Sample lesson
What your compliance lead reviews
A lesson from "Commercial Property v4.2: what changed for producers". Each point shows the sentence it teaches. The last point could not be sourced, so it waits for the reviewer.
Flood and surface water are excluded, even when wind drives them.
“We will not pay for loss or damage caused by flood, surface water or waves, whether or not driven by wind.”
Commercial Property Wording v4.2 · p. 11 · §2.3Sewer backup is covered only with the endorsement shown on the Declarations.
“Sewer backup is covered only where the Sewer Backup Endorsement is shown in the Declarations, to the limit stated there.”
Commercial Property Wording v4.2 · p. 12 · §2.4Most clients are already covered for sewer backup.
How it works
Six steps from an SOP to a signed course
Step 01 of 06
Upload the documents you answer to
Say who the course is for and what they need to be able to do. Then add the source: an SOP, a policy wording, a claims procedure, a care policy or a protocol. The builder teaches from those files and nothing else.
New course brief
- Course name, audience and learning goal fields
- Drop zone with two uploaded PDFs and their page counts
- "Start build" button, bottom right
Change watch
A revised SOP lapses only the lessons that quote it
Upload the new version. Lessons that cite a changed clause lose their sign-off, your compliance lead reviews the difference, and only the people trained on the old version get a short update.
§3.1 · p. 14You must give us notice of the loss as soon as practicable and in any event within 30 days within 15 days.
Affected
Course library: insurance
- Course cards for wording change briefings, new-producer onboarding, claims intake procedures
- Each card shows version, signer and completion rate
- Filter chips by team and status: Signed, Draft, Sign-off lapsed
Bring one document. Leave with a draft course.
In a 30-minute live build we turn one of your policies or procedures into cited lessons while you watch, and you keep the draft.
